The Seven Sands is a space of desert located south of Darome and northeast of Berabesq. This nation, oftentimes stereotyped as a barren strip of wasteland, is not considered an official country of Eldrasia until Crownbreaker (Book).
Despite such stereotypes, the Seven Sands is famous for its rich and lavish Academy. This multi-cultural institute was founded by Beren Thrane in his home city of Teleidos. It is here that Kellen and Seneira come in search of explanations for the sudden outbreak of shadowblack that has infected both her and her brother, Tyne.
